This a podcast by a husband a wife duo who are also nurses. Together, we have over 30 years of nursing experience including bedside nursing, education, and leadership. Our goal each week is to provide you with unique insights and perspectives into this incredible profession called Nursing that will be sure to heal, empower, and inspire.
Each week I enjoy listening to the newest release! It has challenged my thinking in many aspects of patient care and leadership. I share it in classes I teach because I truly believe you both are providing a real look at what we face daily as nurses.

Love the chance to learn from Brandon & Erin again. My nursing practice has been profoundly shaped by Brandon’s ability to guide nurses to be true to their best, most empathetic & caring selves. His classes have always been some of the most motivating & heart warming I’ve ever attended. Just finished listening to episode 8. I’ll be thinking & re thinking my perspective on visitation in our profession. The reminder that visitors “aren’t visitors to the patient” will stick with me.
